Yuha Jung, JD, PhD, is an attorney and scholar with a deep connection to the arts. Trained as a painter from a young age, she understands firsthand the challenges artists and creative professionals face when navigating legal and policy matters. With over 15 years of experience in research, writing, and teaching, she is committed to helping artists, cultural organizations, and nonprofits protect their work and sustain their missions.
Yuha holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, a PhD in Art Education from Penn State, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Korea.
Beyond practicing law, Yuha is a professor and researcher with a strong background in nonprofit management, policy development, and legal issues affecting the arts and culture sector. She enjoys sharing knowledge with clients and students to help them make informed decisions that support their work.
Yuha loves sewing and designing jackets and purses when she’s not working, blending her artistic background with her passion for craftsmanship.
